The Company will provide biometric screenings, which are compact health exams that include bloodwork and measurements like height, weight, and waist circumference. Biometric screenings have grown in popularity in recent years; 50 percent of large firms offered some type of screening program in 2014. Life insurance companies will perform biometric screening tests on new life insurance prospective customers to assess their risk of death.
